Early in his first season in Chicago, Pro Bowl quarterback Jay Cutler is providing some tasty morsels for a quarterback-starved city, franchise and fan base. On Sunday in Seattle, Cutler rallied the Bears to a late victory for the second straight week.
Cutler played great, he was 21 of 27 for 247 yards, threw three touchdowns and one interception and had a QB rating 126.4. Cutler was getting pressured when he tried to force a pass to Johnny Knox which was intercepted. Also, the Seahawks forced a fumble out of Cutler’s hand in the fourth quarter, but besides that he was very good.
"I definitely think this is what we're going to see," said coach Lovie Smith. "He's a good player. He's been a good player. This is Jay's background. He's been in situations like that. "To me, you judge good quarterbacks based on what they do late in the game, and Jay wants the ball in his hands. He had a good look about him, knowing that we had to go down and score. We all had confidence that he would lead us."
Hester, Knox, Olsen and Bennett all played very well. Matt Forte averaged 3.1 ypc on 21 carries for a gain of 66 yards.
Zack Bowman lead the defense with nine tackles and played very well in coverage, Briggs had a sack and an interception, Al Afalava nearly had two interceptions, Mark Anderson looked good, Nick Roach was solid, and Tommie Harris was getting pressure on Wallace a lot yesterday. Also, Charles Tillman forced the fumble by T.J. Housmandzadeh in the beginning of the third quarter.

NFL –The Saints and the Colts hold a perfect 10-0 record after week 11
By: Stephen Lars | 28/11/2009Neither the New Orleans Saints nor the Indianapolis Colts have faced defeat this season –but is that good enough for a Super Bowl ticket? Both teams certainly hold a better record than any other team in the league; they have already faced strong teams in their recent games, so there is no reason to believe the 10-0 record is just a lucky strike; if this was not enough the Colts have the best defense and the Saints the best offense of the season. So, are they ready for February’s big game?
