The super rookie leagues should take advantage of auto draft which picks all your players for you based on pre-season rankings. You just hit a button and let it ride. Check back in a day or so and see what players you got; simple.
For the more serious leagues you’ll want to do a live draft. This is where each team gets a set amount of time to pick their players, one by one. This can take a while but is the only way to go if you’re serious about constructing a winning team.
Once the draft is done that’s pretty much it for the fantasy football league manager. There are a few responsibilities that may arise during the year as you are the person to handle any controversies or disputes, but for the most part, you just sit back and relax and watch everyone kiss your butt hoping you don’t get too drunk one night and delete their team for fun.
