RapidDraft is a new game that offers anyone a chance to win an online fantasy football league title against the best players in the world. For under $10 you can complete an NFL fantasy football draft, manage your team and compete to win a guaranteed prize of $250,000 dollars.
Every year tons of research is unleashed on the public to help people strategize for the upcoming fantasy football season. Everything from player news, mock drafts, fantasy football ratings and full draft kits are available to show what the experts are predicting of the NFL season ahead.
One of the key elements to a successful fantasy season is the fantasy football ratings. These are lists compiled by experts to show who they think will be the top stars in the league for that year.
There are two types of lists that are created and each one is extremely valuable on draft day. The first list will have each player ranked and sorted by position. Their rankings on that list are determined by many factors and essentially predict what position these players will be drafted.
There is also a list of fantasy football ratings that lists every player regardless of position. It is generated to determine exactly how that particular fantasy guru thinks each player will be drafted. It is a mix of all positions and just determines a player’s projected overall value.
It’s common practice to research and analyze many of these lists as there are thousands of them generated by various fantasy football experts. If you find one that matches your thoughts and projections, you can stick with that. It’s good to see what everyone is thinking though and combine them into one master list to go off of during draft day.
This is the reason fantasy football ratings are distributed; to help on draft day. Without these lists your entire draft would be left completely up to you to determine your entire team based on gut instinct. This is good for some, but not good for most. No matter how good you are, it’s always good to have a cheat sheet for the draft.
Fantasy football ratings are a pretty safe bet when choosing your team. If you have no clue what you’re doing you could draft a pretty decent team by simply going down the list and choosing the next available player. Keep in mind that the players at the top of the list are pretty safe bets to be top performers. As you get into the later rounds of the draft and further on down the list, it’s not as much of an exact science.
This is where your gut instincts kick in and you start to use some of your own knowledge to pick your players. Finding a good “sleeper” pick or two can give your team a boost that could possibly take you all the way to the title game.

NFL –The Saints and the Colts hold a perfect 10-0 record after week 11
By: Stephen Lars | 28/11/2009Neither the New Orleans Saints nor the Indianapolis Colts have faced defeat this season –but is that good enough for a Super Bowl ticket? Both teams certainly hold a better record than any other team in the league; they have already faced strong teams in their recent games, so there is no reason to believe the 10-0 record is just a lucky strike; if this was not enough the Colts have the best defense and the Saints the best offense of the season. So, are they ready for February’s big game?
