Despite having three decent years and having a memorable press conference that people who follow pro nfl games will remember for decades following a loss to the Bears, Green was fired. Green was also very enthusiastic during his introductory press conference as head coach of the pro nfl Arizona Cardinals franchise. This just shows that all the optimism in the world does not necessarily create a forum for success in a pro nfl setting.
