Cold lasers are used in a variety of medical applications. They are also known by the names of scalar wave laser, softlaser, low level lasers and soft lasers.
These types of lasers are also known as cold lasers as the heat level is not to the point that it will burn you. Rather, they spread out and amplify healing in the cells of the body. A laser is also used to treat broken bones reducing or eliminating any need for surgery. By using a scalar laser for healing bruises, there is no risk of further injury to the patient. Medically speaking, this way of treatment creates less stress on the body, increasing healing time.
This is a quantum therapy treatment that is above reproach. By using a cold laser to heal an open wound, this lessens the risks of infection. Chiropractors use a lasers to treat headaches and golfer's elbow therefore healing is twice as fast. By a doctor using a soft laser on a patient, this patient will have less risk and a better chance of healing by using a low level laser, than opposed to surgical techniques that can and do damage a patient.
How safe are these low level lasers? A scalar laser, low level laser, soft laser any of these is in fact safer than the scalpel of a doctor, or the needle of an acupuncturist. This type of soft laser treatment is also being used in the alternative medicine field. Since a cold laser is nothing more than light, there are no side effects, and the soft laser actually encourages the body to heal faster than if a surgery is done. Lasers are an up and coming technology whose timing is perfect.
