The first thing you should do is to arm your PSP with a good memory stick, since video files are quite large files, a 512MB or higher memory stick is needed to allow you to transfer videos to your PSP that you can enjoy and watch.
In case the video files are not PSP compatible, you also need conversion software to covert files to MP4 which is the PSP supported video format. You can search the web for free video converter software or buy one.
Now to transfer videos to your PSP, turn off your PSP and connect it to your computer via USB cable. After the connection, turn it on and your computer will detect it as another storage device. Open My Computer and you will notice a removable storage device or drive there and that is your PSP. Double click on it to open and create a new folder named MP_ROOT. Open this newly created folder and create another folder named 100mnv01, this is the folder where yow will put all your video files.
