Aeroponics

Aeroponics is the method of developing plants in the air or haze atmosphere with no utilization of soil or a collective medium. The ethnicity of Aeroponic varies from equally hydroponics and in-vitro growing or Plant tissue culture growing. But in hydroponics, where water utilized as a growing media and necessary mineral to maintain plant development, aeroponics is performed with no growing media.

The aeroponic word is originated from two Greek words called 'aero' (air) and 'ponic' (labour). Aeroponic growth means attainment of growth in an air medium. For instance in humid weather orchids grow and rise generously in trees. Research in laboratory on growing in air medium by using fumes started in the middle of 1940s. Nowadays aeroponics is utilized in farming all over the world.

The fundamental theory of aeroponic growing is to develop plants in a semi-closed or closed or surroundings by squirting the roots of plants with a solution rich in nutrient. Generally the surroundings are reserved and without disease and pests by which the plants can develop quicker and healthier than plants developed in soil. But the majority of aeroponic surroundings are not completely blocked off to the outside then disease and pests will still cause a hazard. Those circumstances are good for plant growth, strength, development, flowering as well as fruiting for every type of plant species and cultivators. Oxygen in the root zone or rhizosphere is essential for vigorous plant development. Since aeroponics is performed in air, shared with tiny drops of water, approximately every plant can develop to ripeness in air with an abundant supply of water, nutrients and oxygen.

A number of cultivators prefer aeroponic systems other than techniques of hydroponics as the augmented airing of nutrient mixture carries added oxygen to roots of plant, exciting growth and facilitating to avoid pathogen formation. To make home garden aeroponically is a better option as the plants are grown without worrying about harmful fertilizers and insecticides. In town there is no place for growing plants in home so it is better to have plant grow by aeroponics.
