It has been proven that roses can be grown successfully in gardens in almost every climatic and ecological condition. Roses are loved by majority of the people. Everyone loves roses! But not everyone loves growing them.
Probably because roses are one of the most popular flowers there are, famed for their beauty and smell. Some roses even have tricky, tiny thorns along their stem and if your hands are unprotected, these will go into your skin like tiny, splinters as you grasp the stems to cut back growth. Others find rose gardening, or just plain gardening a delight within itself.
New rose breeds are always being developed, and you can keep up to date with what's available in the new guides that are released. Apply a time-release rose food early in the season and a repeat application again in mid-summer. There are even rose and flowers shows were master gardeners proudly show off their lovely creations to an awestruck crowd.
