Launched in 2000 by Shamit Khemka (CEO), the company has shown a continuous hundred percent growth since its inception. Admirably, this growth didn’t even slow down in spite of the global recession.

For Shamit, who is a commerce graduate from St. Xavier’s College, will to succeed and desire to learn new dimensions of growth are the most important elements of be on the top. While he was just 19 old, the strong willed Shamit Khemka had decided that he will be an entrepreneur. Immediately after completing his graduation, Shamit launched Pharos Infotech in 1994. Pharos was the first dotcom to introduce BBS service to Indians with the facility of email.
His second venture Sampatti.com came in 1998. Sampatti was the first website dedicated to the real estate industry in India. The company launched the innovative directory and database catering to the Indian realty market and was a hit among the real estate investors.
Success has a lot to do with the attitude. Unless you have the right attitude and willingness to face challenges, you can never even come closer to success. It is the attitude that has helped Shamit take his company to the top of the outsourcing industry in India.
