Started at a meager investment with a handful of employees and a few computers, SynapseIndia has grown to a fully-fledged offshoring service provider. Headquartered in the National Capital Region of India, the company has been showing an unremitting hundred percent growth every year. The company is further expanding to the Noida Special Economic Zone (NSEZ), with its second unit in operation since September 2009.
Commendably, the company could maintain its growth even during global recession. Launched in 1994, Pharos Infotech was the first venture of Shamit and the first ever BBS (Bulletin Board Service) with email service in India. However this was just the beginning, his second venture Sampatti.com completely stormed the realty market with the innovative directory and database. It was also for the first time that any website was dedicated to the real estate industry in India.
Shamit is a commerce graduate from St. Xavier’s College. Passionate about internet and technology, Shamit also fond of traveling and is a complete foodie.
