Core Exercises For Golf That Will Take Your Game To The Next Level

Using core exercises for golf is a great way to improve your fitness level and elevate your game. It's also a great way to prevent injuries. So, what I'm going to do is share with you some core exercises for golf that will take your game to the next level.

That way, you will be able to improve your fitness level and become better at golfing.

The core exercises that you should do are:

1. The first exercise you should do is with a stretch band. What you can do is tie a stretch band, which you can pick up at a sporting goods store, to a door knob. Now, grab the stretch band with both hand. Bend your knees. And do a full range twist while holding the band. You should do three sets of ten repetitions.

2. Another core exercise for golf is the incline plank exercise. This involves you leaning at an inclined position. You can do this using a high chair. What this will do is really work your core (your abs and upper body). When doing this exercise, hold the incline position for at least 30 seconds. You can do this everyday.

3. The third thing you can do is use dumbbell weights. This will help you increase your power and strength. You can workout using dumbbells at least 3 times a week.

These are some core exercises for golf that will take your game to the next level. Make sure you use the exercises above to get better at golfing and improve your fitness level.
