So, what I'm going to do is share with you some core exercises for golf. That way, you will be able to become a better golfer.
The first exercise that will help you is the incline plank. This is when you lean in an inclined position while standing up. You can lean on a high chair. Or if you're at a gym, you can lean on a bench. When you're in the inclined position, hold for 30 seconds.
If it's too easy, you can hold it for another 30 seconds. This will help you with your upper body and abs. You can do this exercise everyday. It'll only take a few minutes a day. And will help you improve your game.
Another core exercise for golf is to use dumbbell weights. This will help you with your endurance, strength, and power. You should use dumbbell weights at least three times a week. You can do bicep curls, shoulder press, bench press, crunches, situps, and squats.
Also, along with these exercises, make sure you stretch. You should be stretching everyday. It'll definitely help you prevent injuries and will help you improve your game.
