It is a good idea to discuss all your weaknesses with a fitness expert as he can plan your exercise program according to your needs. Your work outs will be more beneficial for you if you will combine them with proper diet. A proper diet contains lot of fruits and vegetables. Fruits are vegetables are rich in vitamins which are needed for strength and energy. Drink plenty of water every day as water helps to lose extra pounds and washes out all the harmful toxins from the body. Never forget that golf needs perfect combination of strength and flexibility.
