Marbella Golf and Country Club is located a short distance from the town of Marbella among the rolling hillsides of the Costa del Sol Golf.
Designed by Robert Trent Jones the golf course opened in 1994, it’s 18 hole layout was imaginatively conceived and is designed to compliment the existing environment and provide a testing but enjoyable game for golfers of different abilities.
Set amidst the rolling countryside of Andalucía, only five minutes from the fashionable resort of Marbella, is one of the finest championship golf courses in Europe.
The fairways are generous and undulating with well placed bunkers ready to catch even the best struck tee shots, if your golf course management is lacking, however the rough can prove very tricky.
Having found the middle of the fairways you will be faced with approach shots that require the correct line and yardage, as the well contoured greens are small and surrounded be large bunkers.
Several lakes and holes across gully’s and ravines have been incorporated into the design, making Marbella Golf and Country Club a challenging and exciting golf course, which will be enjoy by golfers of all abilities.
The club house facilities are second to none with fully equipped rooms including saunas and steam rooms.
