Revise Your Golf Backswing

The bad backswing is that the wrists aren’t hinged fully and the left arm is bent, which creates a narrow swing arc with a lack of power and control. And the left shoulder and head aren’t behind the golf ball, it is posed to make a steep, over-the-top swing with a reverse-pivot. We can start with the hands to exhibit the good backswing. A lot of people think that a good backswing means the hands and club are high above the body at the top.That’s a myth.
