6 Ways To Combat Hair Loss

In a society where a lot of emphasize is placed on appearance, pattern baldness can be a difficult thing to deal with. If you are currently dealing with baldness here are 6 ways to stop hair loss.

1. Try a special shampoo.

We all lose between 50 and 100 hairs everyday, and that's a normal amount. If you are suspicious that you may be losing more hair than what's normal, try a shampoo and conditioner with a lot of keratin.

Keratin can improve the health of your hair and scalp, and it could prevent you from losing more hair than normal. Most of these types of shampoo are safe to use everyday.

2. Get plenty of vitamins and minerals.

Although there's no scientific evidence that vitamins will stop balding, a healthy diet is important for maintaining a healthy body. When we receive the vitamins and minerals we need our hair becomes stronger. Proper diet and nutrition could definitely prevent you from losing more hair than is normal.

3. Massaging your scalp.

This may sound kind of strange, but massaging your scalp will stimulate blood circulation. This will improve and strengthen your hair follicles. A 15 to 20 minute scalp massage everyday can produce great results.

When you stimulate blood flow in your scalp your hair becomes healthier. Healthier hair grows in faster and thicker than it normally would otherwise. Try this right before sleep. It is relaxing and healthy.

4. Try a Ginger rinse.

Slice a few large pieces of ginger and put them in a pot. Add water to the pot and start warming the water. Just warm the water until the water is a little warmer than lukewarm, and use the pot to rinse your hair. This will stimulate blood flow to your scalp, and give you healthier hair. It will also help with hair growth.

5. Drink Cucumber juice.

Drinking cucumber juice everyday is a great way to stop hair loss. This juice contains silica, which we all need to maintain healthy, strong hair and fingernails. This will give you healthier hair that will grow faster. Drinking one eight ounce glass a day should be a sufficient amount to do good.

6. Try Aloe Vera.

Apply Aloe Vera gel on your hair and massage in. Leave this for about 20 minutes. Aloe Vera will heal your scalp of any problems that may cause you to lose your hair. It also balances the PH levels of your scalp and hair. You could even do this in combination with the massage if you wanted. Apply the gel about 2 times a week.

Healthy, full hair is what we all want, and with these remedies you should be able to avoid expensive treatments and still enjoy a healthy full head of hair. Good Luck!
