5. Fenugreek Seeds
Fenugreek seeds also help in Alopecia prevention. Just take the seeds and grid them finely, make a fine paste with water and massage the paste on your scalp after oiling your hair. After applying the paste leave it for one hour and then wash. You should repeat this procedure at least for one month.
