How to get rid of Hair Loss, Hair Loss Remedies

Would it be great if you could regrow hair naturally and get rid of all your hair problems? Baldness is not just a hair problem but it also affects the quality of your life. Self confidence and self esteem are often affected if you do not feel good about yourself and your appearance. Before this problem could totally control and put limitations into your life, you must find the right solution to end your worries.

Hair loss is caused by number of reasons and that are medications, lack of protein, stress and iron deficiency. The average person loses somewhere between 50 and 125 strands of hair each day as a normal part of "hair shedding." These hair are replaced by new hairs quickly.

The second tip for getting rid of bald spots is changing your diet. A poor diet will leave you malnourished and will not give your hair the the proper nutrients necessary to grow. Plants need water to grow, if you gave them soda they would die eventually. If you don't eat a diet rich in vitamins and nutrients you will only go bald faster. Cells reproduce if they have enough fuel to do so.

If you want to know how to get rid of ingrown hair, then you probably already know the irritation of having ingrown hairs. These happen for many different reasons, and can happen to anyone at all. Even when ingrown hairs are visible, many do not know how to get rid of ingrown hairs. But getting rid of ingrown hairs doesn't have to be a mystery - like getting them, anyone can learn how to remove them also.

Boil rosemary leaves in water, strain and keep the liquid in a glass bottle. Use it to wash your hairs daily. You can also put rosemary water in a sprayer and spray your hairs every morning.

Massage your scalp gently with warm oil at least one before washing your hair. This helps in increasing the blood-circulation at the hair roots. The oils that are beneficial include pure coconut oil, almond oil, castor oil and olive oil. The natural oils are excellent sources of vital nutrients and minerals that revive the hair follicles. Massage for ten to fifteen minutes in light circular motions without applying too much stress, or your follicles might get damaged further.

Home remedy for soft, shiny and manageable hair - Take two cups of thick santan, two stalks of aloe vera, five pandanus leaves and one egg yolk. Grind the pandanus leaves with the aloe vera and collect the liquid. Add egg-yolk to the liquid and stir till well mixed. Coat this mixture on your hair with a gentle massaging motion for about five minutes. Follow this up by covering your hair with a piece of cloth or towel for another 10 minutes. Rinse clean.
