This helps in nourishing the hair root and massaging also improves the blood circulation in the scalp that means it gets nourishment.
There is nothing much to do about hair loss because of heredity. The chromosomes responsible for the baldness in men are located on the X-Chromosomes and hence, men are more likely to become bald as compared to female. When it is a question of genes anomalies, it is difficult to prevent the hair loss and ultimately, it can be treated taking the help of modern techniques such as surgeries (hair transplant) but again, for prevention, no modern medicine seems to have promising results.
