Do you often experience damaged and dry hair? Are you tired of the way your hair looks? When your scalp has less sebaceous gland your scalp gets dry. Milk and milk products such as cheese and eggs, fruits such as apricots, peaches and blue berries if you find them, green leafy vegetables such as spinach, vegetables like carrot are important and adds nutritional value to your locks. If you are a non vegetarian do not be dismayed, you can still continue to eat lean meat, fish which promotes good hair condition, nails and other body functioning. While nuts and whole grain food are good for your brain, they are also important for your locks.
Do not use chemical straightening creams or colours if your locks are too dry. It may augment the condition and make it more dry, with split ends. Choose an ideal shampoo for dry locks, making one wrong move can damage your locks. Try and avoid blow dryer, if you really want to use them for parties keep them at a distance. Overall best hair results of vibrancy and brilliance are attributed to a good healthy diet along with a proper hair massage with heat oil therapy, try it at home, it really works!
