Constipation refers to a health condition when fewer bowel movements are occurred than it should be. It is indeed an uncomfortable and embarrassing health situation that even require serious medical attention if continues for longer period. However, lack of exercise and unhealthy diet can contribute to constipation development. Constipation is not a serious problem till it becomes chronic.

Triphala

Triphala is an Ayurvedic preparation that constitutes three herbal components, namely, Amalaki, Haritaki and Bibhitaki. Triphala serves the purpose of both purgative laxative as well as lubricating bulk laxative. Psyllium husk

Bael Fruit

Amaltas
