Are you lethargic? Do you lack energy? Does the afternoon seem to drag on and on? When you finally get home do you barely have the energy left to cook dinner, help the kids with their homework, and then do the housework? If this describes you even partially, then the odds are good that you have toxins coursing through your body that are holding nutrients hostage which would normally give you natural energy and permit you to live your life without having to resort to caffeine just to get through it.
Fighting off the sluggishness needs to be done on a more permanent basis than the occasional cup of espresso.
