If you are still pretty new to eating healthy, living healthy and exercising - then you might not really know what to do or what to eat. Especially when you feel like giving up! These are good programs for anyone - any age, any weight class any sex. And they will tailor your specific body class with a specific work out routine and meal plan. This isn't just about a random act. It's all about you - making you healthier and happier. If you are interested in these types of programs I would really suggest taking a look at your favorite search engine for seven day fitness type programs. These are the ones where you will be able to have contact with someone seven days a week rain or shine - right through your email! You could also try to buy a complete online guide to achieve healthy weight in terms of an ebook but again who knows who these people really are that wrote the book.
Do they really have your health in their best interest? And even if an ebook like this did exist it would probably cost a lot of money. These programs do NOT! They are very cost efficient - especially for what you get and what you will get out of them!
