This interview is an excerpt from Kevin Gianni's Fountain of Youth Summit, which can be found at http://fountainofyouthworldsummit.com. In this excerpt, Dax Moy shares the first step in the Magic 100 and what it takes to be a success.

The Fountain of Youth World Summit with Dax Moy, one of the four most successful achievement coaches for personal trainers in the world.

Kevin: Absolutely. So, you put together this program that I absolutely love and that I want you to explain it here because I want to make sure that everyone get the yeast of what you do for people and this program is called: "The Magic 100." So, let's get into that.

Dax: It really comes down to five simple steps, Kevin. And that is really, that's what I looked at when I was creating "The Magic 100". Is it okay to tell you a little bit of the story of the creation here? Well, basically I've come across the story of a fellow called John. A man they called the real life Indiana Jones because this guy had been everywhere, done everything. He climbed so many mountains across the world that you won't believe it. He could speak numerous languages. Had lived with tribes all over the world; he commute the entire length of the mile. He had flown all types of aircrafts. I mean, he was amazing.

The story that really stuck with me was that when John got out as a 15 year old boy he had gotten into a little bit of trouble in school and the teacher kind of nagging said: "John, you know, if you don't pull yourself up you are never going to amount to anything. " So, he goes home. By the time he gets home the school had contacted his parents and the parents are saying: "well, John you've got to pull yourself up because if you don't you'll never going to amount to anything." And, John goes up to his room and after being told twice in one day from authority figures in his life that, you are not really going to achieve anything in your life unless you pull yourself up. He goes up to his room, you know, pretty annoyed, you know; "how dare you tell me what I can and can not do in my life? And I guess, in the way it was explained to me, like a big up yours to everyone in his life at that time. He was a bit angry. He sat down. He sat there for ages, and ages and ages. He wrote this amazing list of 127 things he was going to achieve in his life. And he spent the entire afternoon, what I call magi nary, right? Kind of designing his life; he really, really, wanted it to happen, you know? Climbing all of these mountains, and flying these planes, all the things I mentioned at the start.

Well, the long of the short, forty subsequent years he actually achieved most of them. He smashed his skull less but there were a couple that he didn't achieved. So in top of that he actually achieved 400 goals as well. So the guy was absolutely awesome and when I heard about him I just went WOW! I want to be John; I want to be the one that did more than John.

Hold on, how do I do this in my life, you know, I'm sure you are going to say no I have read lots of inspiring stories, you know, particularly now with the modern age. I am looking at really inspiring videos and things, I go WOW! That's great, that's fantastic; that's awesome. So, looking at all these things and I'm going; that is awesome, I want this for me, I want it for me. And I sat down and I started writing out my list. What was interesting is that over the next couple of days what I found was that I started to kick flaws in John and his system of achieving his goals. It was terrible; it was like one of those people I just told you about. I was not willing to do the experiment myself. I sat there and I went, oh gee, he did many great things but I don't want to wait forty years to get it. This guy did amazing stuff, you know? Forty years to do it is not a really big price to pay. I don't want to wait forty years. Unlike most people, I am extremely impatience, somewhat immature. I don't want to wait, I want my results now.

So, I said to myself, hold on; what would happen then if I sat here and I write myself 100 goals, and if, I do something outrageous, and as far as I am aware; I have never heard of this ever, ever being done before by anyone, certainly haven't come across any books that has explained it. So I said, I am just going to smash all the preconceptions I have. I am going to achieve 100 goals in 100 days. So I set myself a 100 day goal system, write down this goal list, and for me; I mean it was an outrageous list, you know; maybe not as outrageous as John. I didn't include all the international travel and the flying planes and all the rest of it. It did include flying a plane, but it didn't include international travel. It also included owning my own studios, appearing on national television, being on the radio, getting my own newspaper column, all sort of things. I mean; it was the triple of my income, for example, and buying the car of my dream at the time and at that time I couldn't even afford the wheel of the car of my dreams. The long, I won't bore you with the whole thing, but the long of the short is: at the end of the 100 days I achieved 87of those goals, I did have my own newspaper column. I had appeared on television, I had been on the radio, did own the car, I had trainers working for me and I more than tripled my income; and that was in 100 days.

So, that was, that is basically my fifty minute nutshell. You know, regardless; I mean, here is the thing; here is the beauty of this, right? The magic 100 system is fantastic. I am not telling you as a sales pitch, it is fantastic. Regardless, if you do nothing else; if you go, hey you know what? I don't really hurt the guy by buying his book. Sit down today and make yourself a list of 100 things you are absolutely committed to achieve within the next 100 days and then go out, take action, and make it happen. That is my book in a nutshell.

Kevin: Right. What do you do once, how are the steps that, you know, you are writing down this 100 things; say someone decides right now and says; alright cool, I am going to listen to the rest of this call and at the end of this call I am going to write 100 things. What's next? I mean, do they just take action or is there some sort of system?

Dax: There is a system actually. I must admit, first time I did this I was unconscious competent, I guess you could say. I was doing things right but I didn't necessarily know why I was doing them right. Now, I would like to think I have reached the level conscious competency where I am doing the right things and I think I know why I am doing the right things. This is the thing, first of; in order to really get out the most of your list, this does not go only with Magic 100, this goes if you have a goal in your life and you really want to have happen and you are definitely committed to make it happen, and this works for that it doesn't just work for my program. These are, like I told you at the start, I studied so much of this material and I can with little success follow these five steps, yeah?

So, Step # 1: Is quite simply to know what you want. Know exactly what you want. Don't be vague. Most people are vague and general; you know I would love to be making more money, or I like a better job, or I wish we can move into a bigger house, you know? That's not good enough. What you ought to be saying is: I want to be earning $150,000 a year by January 1, 2007, yeah? I want to be living in a 6 bedroom house with a pool in Santa Monica by January 1, 2007, yeah? Know exactly what you want and what you want to buy. That is extremely important because most people are extremely, extremely vague, and yet, they are wondering why they never have anything come real for them. Well, is because, I guess it really comes down to if you don't ask, you don't get. Most people aren't asking; most people are asking in extreme vague way, or I like more. Okay, more is one; just a dollar more this year.

Kevin: Wow! That's a great point.

Dax: That, you know; I love to lose some weight. Okay here is a gram. You have lost a gram, here you go. Because I really do believe, I'm not a religious person but I am a pretty spiritual person and I really do believe that if you ask you will receive. So, what you don't have to look at is: what am I receiving? I mean, flick that around and go hey, you know what?

Kevin: What do you think, what is your understanding of asking you shall receive?

Dax: Okay, I am a huge believer that if the words don't escape your lips and the words don't escape your hands, then they didn't exist. Okay. Now, what am I saying in plain English; write it down and say it. Because quite simply, the things that are in your mind Kevin they, I mean you've got questions coming up for me in a second and I got to know what it is. And you may or may not, based upon my answer; you may or may not choose to bring it to me. Unless those words escape your lips, that question didn't really ever exist. It was a flicking thought in your mind. And, I think this is where a lot of people go wrong with their goals because they have flicking thoughts in their mind; wouldn't it be nice if, really what they are doing is wishing. They are making wishes. The difference between "wish" and a "true goal" is that the goal had action attached to it. Now, we can say; the action or actually saying the word escapes your mouth. It came to reality. As soon as you said the word, it came to reality because we heard the words in listed; I am existed in the sense that another person in the planet knew it existed for that period of time.

I am a 47 year old, female shut-in.(I haven't left my home more than 3 times in over 4 years, as I suffer from paranoia and anxiety.) I am 110 lbs. over weight, and have tried countless diets over 31 years only to lose the weight and gain it back plus some.  I have only my children for support, as I have lost all my friends.  I have joint pain, shortness of breath, and I am tired all the time.  I do not exercise, and do not seem to have the energy or desire to do much of anything.  I am also a smoker(heavy) and a moderate to heavy drinker.  I live on a fixed income, and do not have the money to invest in a package food program.  Does anyone out there have any suggestions other than suicide?
