An Interview With Dr. Bunny Vreeland Phd

[Interviewer] What makes hypnotherapy work?
[Bunny Vreeland] For Hypnotherapy to be able help people, the person must be willing to be willing to accept the healing.
It has been found that not only in our childhood we have problems that we can relate to our adult life, but there are problems that have started long ago, before our childhood.
They say that our DNA holds a part of our emotions, our memory even before our childhood. It remembers back to a time when we were in our mother’s womb. Especially those with issues of abortion or not wanting the child.

[Interviewer] Do you have an example?
[Bunny Vreeland] There's a story about a well to do businessman who was on a ski trip and while he was on the ski lift had a panic attack. Every little bump was traumatic for him and he couldn’t figure out why. Then on his way home in the airplane he hit some turbulence, which also was dramatic for him.
This bothered the man terribly and so he sought out help from a Hypnotherapist. The Hypnotherapist then regressed the man back to his childhood, in which he discovered he was on a wooden swing being balanced by a rope from his friends, when they let go and he fell to the ground the wooden swing then fell on top of him.

Your normal doctor or therapist might have stopped there saying. Ah hah! So that’s where the problem lies. But by asking a few more questions about how and what the man was feeling at that moment, he found he needed to regress him back one step further. The man eventually remembered being an infant in the back seat of the car. The car stopped short and he flew from the back seat over to the front seat and then was thrown into the window. Now we found the root of the problem and the man today has not had any more anxiety or panic attacks again.

[Interviewer] Interesting Story
[Bunny Vreeland] Yes, not only can hypnotherapy help ones anxieties, but it can also help habit-forming traits.
[Interviewer] For example?
[Bunny Vreeland] Why do you overeat? Lets find out? Why do you smoke? Why do you feel guilty or not worthy? Why do you feel so alone as if no one could understand you? Why do you feel depressed or anxious?

We all have these feelings at some point in our life, they are everyday emotions we go through as human beings, but there are reasons why we feel these emotions and most of them have been taught or embedded upon us to feel. Feelings like guilt, and anger, depression fear. As a baby coming into this world, the only thing we know is love. No one taught us this emotion. We were born with it, as we had been surrounded with it from God, our Creator before entering our mother’s womb. We only knew love until someone, be it our parents or siblings or outsiders taught us different. From then on our innocent minds were victims, we were no longer in that perfect world.

By the events that have happened to us and how we handled and registered them at the time, is what we now are dealing with in our adult life. Sure, we remember some things from our conscious, maybe a spanking or insult, maybe abuse, whatever it may be, it might not be all there is to it, and so we can’t just stop there and say, “Yes I recognize this. And why did I do it? But was there anything else that always brings these other memories up. In fact if you realize them and can know this is where your actions or reactions are coming from and you haven’t stopped it then and there, there is still something else lurking in your subconscious.

This is where hypnotherapy works its magic. To me it is the most exciting point in time. To pin point that one moment be it a second or an hour and help the people heal and be rid of these hindrances for good.
[Interviewer] Hypnotherapy seems pretty powerful. How about more serious issues?

[Bunny Vreeland] Even if you have cancer or a life threatening disease hypnotherapy can help you. They have found out that most cancer comes from a weakened immune system, and the environment, and now they have found that it also comes from our subconscious, where we hold in and punish ourselves for things past. This too is why cancer reoccurs. If it were the water in our environment that caused the cancer in the first place, if you drink it again even after your cancer is gone, what makes you think it wouldn't come back? The same thing happens with cancer that is born within our subconscious. If we don’t get rid of it… the root of it, in our subconscious. What makes you think it will not reappear down the road?

I have always been interested in helping people to heal all my life. God has blessed me with many gifts to help achieve this healing goal. Hypnotherapy is one of the tools that I use, but there are many others, for each individual situation and person.
