I am 65 yrs.I h'v been suffering from constipation since 2 yrs.& now there is much flatulence in my stomach. I sought medical advices & treatment from many physicians & some gastroentrologists but with no good response. The report of endoscopy is 'Erosive Antral Gastritis'.Recent CT scan report is as follows:
Focal circumferential wall thickening seen in the region of pyloric ant rum of the stomach due to less peristalsis. The oral contrast is seen to pass distally into the duodenum & small bowel loops.
Due to constipation/dry stool & gas trouble, I take bland & light diet i.e. pumpkin,fruits&milk . Now I have been given tab. Tegibs 2mg(Tegaserod).Still,Iam not feeling relief. Kindly tell me any effective treatment & management of this ailment & oblige
