Apple Cider Vinegar Weight Loss

People across the country are always looking for new and inventive ways to lose weight at a quicker pace without having to do a lot of work. All it takes is a bottle of apple cider vinegar and a glass of water.

Purchase a bottle, or two, of apple cider vinegar from your local drug store or supermarket before you head home from work. It shouldn't cost you anymore than four dollars per bottle, which is pretty cheap for a weight loss supplement.

Before each meal, pour a glass of water and add one or two teaspoons of the apple cider vinegar to the glass of water. Make sure you drink every last drop of the apple cider vinegar water before eating your meal. If you do this before each and every meal, it will help curb your appetite and lose weight at the same time. Some doctors and scientists also recommend adding one or two teaspoons of honey to the mixture as well.

The weight loss will occur over time in a gradual matter. It won't come flying off in huge chunks. If you do begin to lose weight in large chunks, talk with your doctor, you might be experiencing a negative side effect of the weight loss plan. The weight should come off gradually, which allows for the body's fat cells to adjust to their new size.

Doctors and scientists believe that using apple cider vinegar as a weight loss supplement acts as an appetite suppressant. It helps to speed up your metabolism, curb your appetite, reduces water retention and helps users maintain a feeling of health and well being.

Many people that use apple cider vinegar find that this dietary supplement helps to lose weight gradually over time and the weight loss becomes permanent. One research project found that a woman of average height weighing 210 pounds will weigh 180 pounds after two years of taking one to two teaspoons of apple cider of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water before each meal.

Using this method of losing weight means you do not have to alter your food intake but you should still avoid any foods that are extremely heavy in fat. Losing 15 pounds per year is a pretty nice gift to yourself.
If you wish to lose even more weight while using the apple cider vinegar supplement you should also add an exercise routine to your daily schedule.

Even if you only work out for 20 minutes per day it will still benefit your weight loss plan. Also, if you really want to get healthy, watch what you eat while using this form of dietary supplement. Eliminating bad carbohydrates from your food intake and adding more fruits and vegetables will help you lose more weight and make your body healthier.
