If the plan sounds really off-the-wall, then there's a good chance that you're not going to be comfortable with it and, in turn, won't stay with it. If the program is simple and feels right, chances are you'll stick with it.
Finally, What will the plan cost me? You must consider what the plan will cost, both in time and money. If the plan is expensive to follow, chances are great that you will quickly lose interest. If the plan costs a lot of money each month, will your budget handle it?
