Sports massage Sports massage is for athletes and sports people and benefiting them a lot. The rapid strokes in combination with stretching techniques loosen muscles and increase flexibility as result enhancing the performance of the athlete and injuries are prevented or avoided.
Aromatherapy massage As any other massage, Aromatherapy massage therapy uses essential oils. Essential oils are scented plant oils and each essential oil has different effects on the body. For example, rosemary oil is cleanses and energizes, for calming chamomile, lavender and geranium are used. Essential oils are both inhaled and absorbed through the skin and affects blood pressure, breathing, memory, digestion and stress levels. For this reason, aromatherapy massages are very much useful while dealing with emotional problems and stress-related conditions.
Hot stone massage In the hot stone massage, hot smooth stones coated in oil made of basalt are placed on certain points on the body, including the back, the palms of the hands or in between the toes. The therapist may apply pressure with the stones, which as a result emits warmth, loosens tight muscles, and helps in improving blood circulation.
