If you are wondering what Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle may be, it is a fitness program that has been recognized by many fitness magazines and is used by fitness models.
All girls love it when they see boys with big strong muscles. Well if you want those types of muscles then to day is your lucky day because I have a tip that will be able to help you along your path to those twenty four inch pythons. When you are working out your arms trying to get them bigger there are three main muscle groups that you want to stay focused on? These three muscles are your triceps, biceps, and shoulders.
When you work out your triceps these will really form and tone the back part of your arm. A great way to work out your triceps are dips and how you work them out are by finding some level bars bending your knees up and then slowly lowering your body up and down toward the ground. This exercise will make your triceps burn so bad it is not even funny. Another great way to work out your triceps is to take dumbbells and put them behind your head and then slowly move your arms up and down isolating the triceps and ripping the muscle into pieces. One more exercise that you can use to make your triceps bigger is the low row. This one you would have to go to the machine pick up the bars then slowly pull inward toward you chest over and over in till you feel a burning sensation in your triceps.
The next areas that if you want to make your arms look bigger that you should really focus on is the biceps because they are pretty much the biggest muscle that you can get in your arm. A great exercise that you can use to make your biceps bigger are curls when you do curls you simply take a dumbbell and bring it up towards your shoulder and then slowly take it back down towards your knee and repeat. Curls are for the girls these can make your biceps huge and we girls will be eating them up. Another great way to work out your biceps is by doing pushups but while you’re doing them place your hands more inward from your shoulders and this will work out your biceps more.
The last area of the arms that is a key part to make bigger for us girls is the shoulders because we girls just love guys that have nice defined shoulders. The incline press is a great way to work out your shoulders and will make them burn very bad. Butterflies are another exercise that really works out your shoulders extremely well and they will make them look nice and cut.
Now those were the three main muscle groups that you should work out when you are trying to make you arms bigger for the female species.
