For some of us when it comes to exercising, executing the same routine is not in your best interests. The reason is your body will eventually adapt to it and less growth will occur.
So how do we continuously challenge ourselves and not give up in the process? One way is to keep changing your workout routines. Varying your workouts will keep them fun and they will also keep your body from getting used to the same work out by providing new challenges.
You will not be stressed about working out because you may want to work out. So if you're having fun while losing weight you're actually accomplishing something that is useful to you.
If you work out at the gym all the time or in your home, one variation is to exercise out doors. You can make this a total change from the usual workouts in the gym. For example, instead of weight lifting, try going for a jog out side followed by a few running drills. Add stretching to the work out while you breathe the fresh air. You may find this refreshing too.
Another way to challenge your self is to hire a personal trainer. Personal trainers have experience and knowledge that will benefit you. The trainer will help you keep to your workout schedule (because you'll be paying them whether you show up or not). Also, they can monitor your progress.
Also you need to keep reading and educating yourself on exercising. Educating yourself will help you make healthy choices in the foods that you eat. You are probably already aware that not all foods are healthy. So you should always be learning and keeping track of the foods you eat and many calories you take in. While this is not a physical challenge, it get's you into a mental state.
Finally, a tough challenge is to start getting rid of bad habits, and replacing them with good ones. Any type of habit is hard to break. However, with a little help and discipline, you can break them and lead a healthy lifestyle.
The way to start breaking bad habits is by identifying them. You can make a simple list and take inventory of yourself. Also, you can ask for feedback from the people closest to you. However, be prepared to take criticism if you want to learn.
These are just some suggestions to help you achieve the weight loss that you want to accomplish. So if you're planning to lose weight, start by giving yourself permission to work hard at it. Keep it simple, know you have to work hard and find the right foods to eat. You'll be successful.

Dosage for namenda
By: Peter | 16-07-2008
husband has been put on Namenda 5 mg P.O. BID - has dimentia, currently taking aricept 10 mg per day - Dr advised adding the namenda to his aricept to help with the dimentia. I am reading that the dosing instrctions from the internet stating 5 mg tab every day for one week, followed by 5 mg morning and one at night the second week, then 10 mg every morning then 5 mg tab night for the third week, 10 mg tab every morning and night for the 4th week and afterwards - yet prescription given to us yesterday states 5 mg P.O. BID with (#60 tabliets) meaning we get 60 tabs each month. My question is as follows - with the sixty @ 5 mg each tab does that mean he will take 2 tabs each day which would equate to 60 tabs - I am confused
