Yes, working out on the rowing machine is the best way to burn your added calories as this form of exercise needs lot of energy and it uses the entire body just like the above mentioned two forms of exercise. If you do this more than three times a week, you will start to burn fat at a drastically fast pace. These are just a few of the exercises to lose weight available but they are definitely most effective.
