Most people are knowledgeable enough to know that men and women have different bodies. We eat differently, we burn fat differently and we lose weight differently with different exercises. While men usually want to be bulkier - women tend to want to be skinnier but still have a nice body.

Maybe a flatter stomach with nice abs, thighs and tighter tricep muscles. Women also need less protein than men. While men can get away with having protein shakes and whatnot it because important for women to NOT drink too many or too much or we tend to gain weight instead of muscle like men. So how can you become more aware of what to eat and what exercises to do? Well one thing you might consider is searching online. But I often find that research online (for anything) is a lot of "he said she said" stuff. You never really know who is right or wrong or who really knows what they are talking about. If you want to find someone knowledgeable you would be better off hiring a personal trainer but these can oftentimes become expensive! One thing I would suggest - is something I recently saw online.

It seems like a really legit way for men and women to lose weight and start an exercise routine that is good for their particular body class type and shape. It isn't just about handing everyone the same routine or meal plan. It's about virtual trainers that truly sit down with you one-on-one and talk about what you want to change about your body and how you want to start changing your life - health wise.

These virtual trainers are willing to work side-by-side with you in order to get you closer and closer to your weight loss goal. But they don't just help you with that and then leave you in the dark to figure out the rest on your own. Instead, they go a few steps further and teach you what you really need to know about your health, eating better and exercising on a daily basis. They will send you support emails, exercises and meal plans - seven days a week.

Not only are they knowledgeable, but they are also cost efficient - which helps you out immensely. They have different program levels available - depending on how quick you need or want to lose weight. And every thing - even the small stuff - is tailored to your needs! Sounds pretty cool.
