2 months Ago I got an invite to a wedding and I wanted to look my best as I didn't want to be thought of as the overweight one there. So I decided to do something about it. Things to make if you can't be bothered cooking when you are on a diet.
1. Why not heat up a can of good soup. This is the quickest meal you can have and it does fill you quite nicely. only takes 5 minutes and you will be set for the night.
2. If you really can't be bothered then pop down to your local subway for a vegetable sandwich. most of their 6 inch subs are low cal. so indulge and buy yourself a subway.
3. Even although it is not breakfast a bowl of cereal with some fruit sprinkled on it makes a great meal anytime. Remember to use low fat milk
4. Frozen veg. You can heat these up in the micro. Sprinkle a little cheese over the top and you are set with a filling quick meal.
These tips have helped me on those days that I have had a hard day at work and really can't be bother cooking.
