Well, fast weight loss is definitely possible but it comes with some restrictions.
First of all fast weight loss techniques call for a lot self denial and restraints in terms of diet and physical exercise. You will find a lot of companies selling various weight loss products online as well as offline and claiming that they can help you lose 20 pounds in 10 days or 40 pounds in 20 days or some crap like that. But believe me when I say that either they are lying or they will cause more harm to your body than good. Most of these fast weight loss programs in the market will give you either steroids or other similar artificially prepared chemicals to lose weight. But all these artificial products cause a lot of harm in the long run and in some case seven lead to severe complications. Several steroid based weight loss programs will make you use them regularly each year because once you stop using them, you will again start gaining weight. Also, the misdeeds of Steroids in the sports world and otherwise are not a big secret.
But what do you do then if you need a fast weight loss? Well, that calls for increased hours of physical exercise in the gym, a properly planned and professionally guided diet and good amount of rest. If you can combine these three factors, you can achieve weight loss at speeds you can't even imagine. We will discuss about these step by step.
In the gym you must replace those long hours of cardio with weight training. Weight training helps in burning more fat and converts the carbs in our body into muscles. This does a double benefit. While you will lose weight, more muscles mean that it'll be a bit more of a struggle to again gain weight.
For a fast weight loss, a proper low calorie diet is also very important. You must put an immediate ban on your consumption of any kind of fast food like burgers or hot dogs or pizzas. You must also avoid soda because it contains huge quantities of sugar. You should eat high fiber food like salads and also eat a lot of fish and sea cod to improve the metabolism rate of the body. Apart from this, you should have a heavy breakfast and progressively lighter meals. A heavy breakfast early in the morning will put the metabolism in top gear early in the day and progressively lighter and low fat food will mean that body will have to use its stored energy to continue at the same pace throughout the day.
A good sleep is as important for weight loss as is exercise. Sleep helps to reduce the stress from our body. It also ensures that you are fully pumped up for the next day's quota of exercise and work while aiming for a rapid weight loss.
