When you go and work out you are making sure that you keep you muscles in the best shape that they can be. Everyone wants to be able to look in the mirror and be like dang you look good. Exercising is a great thing that everyone should add to there everyday routines because it can add years to your life. A couple of exercises that you can add to your everyday routine is jumping jacks, walking, and punching.

You should add jumping jacks to your everyday routine because jumping jacks are a good cardiovascular workout and will help you a lot with your endurance and stamina. Jumping jacks will really workout your legs to a tee and you will love the shape and tone you will get from just doing some jumping jacks. Jumping jacks are simple to do because you don’t really need any equipment to do them.

Another exercise that you should add to your everyday routine is walking because this exercise is very low key and it will shed tons of unwanted weight right off of your body. Walking around an hour a day will really make a difference in the way that you look and feel.

Another good thing about walking is that you are not going to over exert yourself when it comes to doing it because it is not to strenuous on any part of your body. It is really great to get a partner to go walking with everyday because this will really motivate you to get out there and get the work out done. Also having a friend to talk to is always a good thing to have.

The last exercise that you should add to your everyday routine is punching because do these will really tone and shape your arms and make them look so nice for you. When you are punching you will be working out your biceps and your triceps this will help shed some of that excess fat that you might have hanging off of your arms. When you go to punch you want to stand with your feet shoulder width apart then your slowly punch your arm out away from you and then you bring them back in.

These are a couple of exercises that you could use to help you extend your lifespan if you just make sure that you add them to your everyday routine.
