We all have pieces of our bodies that we would give the world to change but if we would just stop and put all of our energy into being motivated to get rid of those parts then we would have no problem with them. There are a lot of exercises that will workout your entire body you just have to find them. I know of three that will workout your entire body and they are running, jumping jacks, and jumping rope.
The first exercise that will workout your entire body is running because when you are running you are swinging your arms and this is toning your biceps and triceps along with your legs taking the beating of running and your abs contracting on every step that you take. This is a great exercise to really help you shed off some extra pounds that you might have. If you go and run a mile a day then you will really see improvement when you go and look into the mirror at the end of the week.
The second exercise that will workout your entire body is jumping jacks because when you are doing jumping jacks you are jumping with your legs and flapping your arms up and down. When you are doing this it is working out your legs, arms, and abs and it will get them into tip top shape in no time. Jumping jacks also will not take too much of your time up because you don’t really have to do to many to see a big impact if you do around twenty for three sets then you will be feeling the burn at the end of the workout.
The third exercise that will workout your entire body is jumping rope because not only are you jumping during this exercise but your are twirling your arms in circles to work them out. Jumping rope will also make your abs workout because every time that you go to jump you are going to be using your abs which is good because then you can get rid of pounds that is around your stomach.
These are the exercises that will workout not only specific body parts but will make the rest of your body extremely sore because you are using those muscles as well. These exercises you should do more often just because they are using all of your body parts instead of just one isolated area.
