Getting Fit Takes Dedication And Right Attitude

Have you ever seen Tom sitting and whining over a small meager defect from Jerry!! Well never is the answer. He always plots for new conspiracies.

The case however is different when it comes to people who think about fitness. They join gyms with the urge of losing weight, and after a few discouraging sessions they quit.

They expect miracles to happen. They believe that they may just lose several ounces of weight in just 5 sessions a week and when that doesn't happen, they lose their confidence.

There are however some, who try and try harder. They never quit. No matter how much time it may take they just strive hard to get into shape. It may be 1 month, 6 months or even a year, they just don't give up.

Ever heard the story of the ant which tried to climb a wall, but failed miserably the first time. What happened to him, he failed once, he failed twice and he failed several times, but he never stopped trying. Finally he climbed up the wall.

Some walk into the fitness center and after sweating it out and eventually hearing harsh words from their trainers, they decide to quit. They feel unhappy and sorry, eventually self pitying and then stop with the exercise only to not hear and see failure.

Remember, when we walk into a fitness center, we have to understand that there is no failure, only success in the form of getting a feedback. It's not an examination where you have to worry that you will not get through all this. It's just exercise and you get only results for your sweat.

Many try and fail, and with that they assume that it's always failure they are going to see. It's better to tell yourself, I will succeed and I will get good results. The sun is behind every dark cloud. After summer is autumn and then winter and then Spring. There has to be a silver lining to every cloud. All you need to do is look beyond the dark clouds and tell yourself, the sun will come out again.

Let's discuss our human body. Some people, who are fat, blame it on genetics. They have never tried to shed their weight only with the fear of being humiliated in public and that fear in turn shows the sign of being a failure.

On the other hand, some who feel they are fat and take the responsibility of not working out. These are the ones who are brave enough to accept it and fight it against all odds to do whatever they can to reduce.

It's not easy to stand up and fight failure. You should realize that failure is temporary, and learn from the valuable experiences that one must never give up.

Always try and try till you succeed. Never give up halfway just because you feel it's not worth it. Anything you start should end, do not feel sorry that you cannot do it. Everything is possible in this world. Where there is a will, there is a way!!
