Health Should be our First Priority

Health should be our first priority

1. We should get up early in the morning and start cleaning ourselves from inside and from out side having clear attention to each part of our body.
2. We should take exercise in such a manner that each part of our body gets a shake.
3. We should try to have our breakfast which we like, but it should be as per our need.
4. We should prepare ourselves for the workplace and we must note that people around us should not pass adverse comments on our wearing.
5. We should have done our home-task so that at work place we could show our efficiency, sill and intelligence .
6. We must see that we are finishing our work allotted for today and we should not keep the work pending because pending work creates tension in our mind which is not good for good health.
7. We should see that we are not eating things from outside unless there is acute necessity of the same. It shall be better if you take something for the lunch from the house.
8. You should have good and cordial relations with all your bosses, colleagues and the subordinates because bad relations create so many tensions on our brain and such tensions are not good for our health.
9. We must read and learn more and more to increase our efficiency and skill and we should be in a position to have promotion as a matter of our own right and not as a matter of charity.
10. We should reach our work place in time because when we are late we suffer mental tension, pressure and our mind is occupied for making out excuses which is not good for our health.
11. We should reach home in time so that we could take rest and be at ease which is most necessary for improving health.
12. When we are back in time, our life partner feel happy, pleasure and he or she shall give us a warm welcome which is very nourishing for health.
13. Prevention is better than cure and therefore, when we are noticing something wrong with us, we must immediately contact a competent doctor and have proper treatment because present life is full of diseases and some long-term diseases have joined our race.
14. We must have good relations with all in the family because bad relations create burden on our mind and heart which is not good for good health.
15. We must be satisfied with our income and we should learn art of running our family with that income till that income is increased and if we start taking loan from others, we shall be in trouble and these troubles shall cause so many injuries to our health.
16. Try to take fresh cooked meals and it is better to avoid caned food.
17. We should know that all those who are serving eatables to the people out of the house are not having any training on the subject of cleanliness.
18. Take more and more fresh air.
19. Try to use your legs and if we can avoid we should walk on foot rather we take up vehicles.
20. We should have limited sex because it is also wastage of energy.
21. We must try to give at least three hours' break when we open our mouth for taking up another item.
22. Our water consumption should be reasonable and at least six kgms of water be taken in a day.
23. We should avoid taking drugs, wine, opium or the like and if need be you should have a cup of tea or a cup of coffee just to have relaxation.
24. When you are passing through a place which is giving out bad smell, you may take up speed and while passing through such places, you can close respiration for some time and should not inhale bad smell.
25. You should protect your eyes from dirt.
