Hodgkin' S Disease- a Lymphoma Type

- nodular lymphocyte-predominant lymphoma;

This lymphoma type, Hodgkin' s lymphoma also has some risk factors. Age is one of the risk factors in this type of lymphoma. If you are in your early or late adulthood, then you are more at risk of developing this condition. Furthermore, men are more at risk of developing this type of cancer than women are. Genetics is also a risk factor in Hodgkin' s lymphoma case. If one of your first degree relative suffers from this condition, then you might have it as well. Epsin Barr virus is also considered a risk factor in this condition. If you are infected with this virus, you are more likely to develop Hodgkin' s lymphoma.

Hodgkin' s disease also has symptoms that can tell you when something is wrong. However, these symptoms may be similar to those of other medical conditions as well, so a doctor should be seen.
