Hoodia comes in lots of different shapes and forms. You can buy it in capsules, as a liquid to drink, as a tea to brew. It also comes in hoodia patches.
If you're the sort who never remembers to take pills and potions, a hoodia patch could be the best way to ensure that you use hoodia to suppress your appetite. Just stick today's patch on when you brush your teeth in the morning and you're all set for the day. What could be easier?
If all this seems a bit far fetched, let's look at what hoodia is.
Hoodia grows in southern Africa and tests have shown that it is a good appetite suppressant. Put simply, this means that you won't feel as hungry if you use hoodia on a regular basis. It's as simple as that.
Which sounds like a miracle if you've been struggling to lose weight.
Surely there's a catch?
Well, tests have shown a success rate of around 65% which is a pretty good figure considering that not everyone who starts out on a diet plan continues with it.
Watch out for the strength of the hoodia you are buying. Like a lot of things in life, if it's too cheap then it probably won't work. You need to check that the product you are buying is full strength. Read the label if you're buying your hoodia from a local shop. Check the reviews if you're buying over the internet. If your hoodia is below about $30 for a month's supply of hoodia patches or below about $40 for an ounce of supplements, it's probably been weakened. Stretch the extra few dollars to get good quality hoodia to increase the chance of it working for you.
