Basically you diet 6 days of the week and on day 7 you cheat eating anything pizza, ice cream, chips, you name it! The idea is that this "Cheat Day" boosts your metabolism and therefore dramatically increases your fat burning.
3. Lastly, you must get your thinking in the right place to reach beach ready status. If I could give one piece of advice to someone coming to me asking, How do I get a bikini body? I would tell them they have to want it and believe that they can have it. This goal will take your effort and commitment but you can make it come true with the right mindset.
