How To Build Muscle Without Lifting Weight

There are very many sources of info about bodybuilding. The main myth among bodybuilders is that in order to build the muscles you want to use steroids. This however isn't true ; there is a way you can be ready to achieve iron pumping success without even using steroids. Steroids are synthetic proteins which have been made to have a resemblance to the male sex hormone testosterone. When you use steroids you're going to suffer from numerous side-effects as a result of hormonal imbalance. Some of the side effect include ; shrinking of the testicles, low sperm count, reduced libido, enlargement of the clitoris, interruption of the menses, growth of breast in males, growth of face hair in females, acne, sleeplessness, depression, increased rage, kidney Problems, liver issues, and heart conditions. If you'd like to build your muscles you should stay away from steroids.

One reason could be to lose pounds. When you lift weights your body metabolism increases as a consequence of the increase in lean body muscles.
The other reason why folks undertake bodybuilding is to be able to develop a superbly toned body physique. The method you use in order to develop an ideal toned physique is completely different from bulking up. You want to ensure that the weights you use are light in some body parts and heavy in other body parts. This will help sculpt your muscles and develop a well toned body physique.
If you want to become very muscular then you need to use a totally different training routine. In the 1st week you must let the body conform to the workout. Don't use heavy weights and you shouldn't get to your maximum capacity. Keep the weights in the range of 65% of your maximum capacity. In the second week there should be some progress in as far as the weight capacity is involved. We are still not gong for the maximums. The weight ceiling should be 70% of the maximum and the final set at this weight should be 6 reps. In the 3rd week you must still go for the maximum. At this juncture you should increase the weight to 80% of your max. The final set at this weight should have a maximum of five repetitions.
