Vacuum Pose
I keep on keeping-on when it comes to talking about this exercise. I harp on it because it works, it's simple, it's quick, and you don't have to waste precious time going to and from a gym.
What you do is suck in your belly while leading with your belly button (not your upper belly region). Suck it in while visualizing your belly button getting sucked into your lower back.
Hold that "pose" for 15-60 seconds. Repeat for 5 minutes a day. Just to let you know, my clients average 1.75 inches lost from their waist in just under 1 month.
Belly Rub
This is another "weird" thing you can do to quickly lose belly fat.
Rub your hands together for 15 seconds to create heat. This heat has kinetic energy which will penetrate your skin and into your fat cells. When the fat cells get penetrated with this heat, they loosen up and disintegrate.
So... after you rub your hands together, while lying down... rub small circles around your belly button with one of your hands for 30-45 seconds. Keep repeating for 4-5 minutes a day.
