We all have naturally occuring yeast in our bodies and most of the time the delicate balance is held in check and the amount of yeast is controlled.
There are other times however when this balance is disrupted and we suffer with a yeast infection in our body.

1) Watch the sugar
Yeast loves sugar and can multiply faster when it is given a good supply of sugar. One simple step you can take then in preventing yeast infection is to stop eating foods containing sugar. Try this and see how you get on. 2) Watch the stress
Stress plays a big role in many diseases in the body and with yeast infections this also holds true. Yeast can throw our systems out of balance and naturally occuring yeast can start to overgrow. One simple step here is to bring your attention and focus to your body and away from your head. Try to locate the tension or stress that's in the body and let it happen rather than trying to force it away.
3) Treat the root cause
I believe that most illnesses in the body have an emotional root cause or at the very least an emotional component that keeps them going. Try an internal dialogue with the yeast infection to find the root cause. Simply find a quite space and time and ask a question. You could ask what emotion it represents that you are not allowing in your life and see if a response comes to mind. It might not come immediately but wait some time and see what happens. You could also ask the infection what you need to do to heal it. Again wait and see what comes to mind.
