How You Can Use Stretches To Grow Taller

The main period of growth is during puberty. During this period you cannot tell how quickly you will grow, it varies, some will grow faster than other whilst others grow slower and have their growth spurts at a later time.

Those who grow slower will look for many methods to grow taller, as they grow up they may invest in height growth equipment like supplements, machines and creams. These are expensive and if you ask people who took it you will learn that about only 3 out of 10 cases actually worked and still that was a little bit of growth.

The reason that most of these products don’t work is because when puberty comes to an end your bones start to fuse together disallowing anymore future growth (just before 20’s for females and just after for the males). This fusing means that no pills, machines or creams can help you grow and if any say they can then they are scamming you for your money.
