Hypnosis Weight Loss

The claims for hypnosis weight loss are simple: listen to this track and lose weight. A bit the same as some of the products advertised on television where you'd think that merely eating a pill every day would give you instant weight loss.

Nice dream! I wish it were totally true.

That said, hypnosis weight loss is probably as close as you can get to that dream. That's because hypnosis works at a different level from diet pills and other such devices.

Hypnosis truly does reach the parts that other systems find it hard or even impossible to reach.

It gets deep into your subconscious mind. The part of your mind where all the automatic functions of your body, such as breathing, happen. The part your conscious mind finds it too boring to even think about.

Hypnosis then gently steers your subconscious mind to the thought of losing weight. Not starvation, like so many diets, as that would start you on a course to actually gaining weight. This is where fast weight loss diets so often fail: the body thinks it is being starved and goes into an energy conservation mode that your ancestors used literally for survival. They didn't have 24 hour convenience stores on every corner, so they had to develop methods to cope with periods where there was little or no food available.

Hypnosis takes your subconscious mind into it's confidence and works with it. The instructions you get with a hypnosis weight loss track will work with most any diet because they go back to first principles, training your body to only eat when it feels hungry.

You'll start to enjoy your food more as you notice what you're eating. And your gradual weight loss will be your noticeable reward. That's a fantastic way to use the power of hypnosis to aid your weight loss.
