Learning to Cope With Your Panic Attack Anxiety Disorder

Anyone who is existing with a panic fit anxiety disorder knows just how debilitating and frightening this disorder can be. You lose control of yourself totally. You are gripped by fear. You are feeling as if you're drowning and will never be in a position to again resurface - and then the panic episode is gone. Then comes the embarrassment, since anyone around you who witnessed you go through an attack is undoubtedly gazing at you with grave concern.

Having panic attacks can certainly, for that reason alone, cause one to cower from standard social eventualities, starting from relaxing with buddies to even avoiding going into the office to work. Your once standard and happy life has been taken over by this disorder that you know little about. If you talk to yourself positively, this will also significantly scale back the fear and stress which are known to cause panic attacks. Why do we stay sympathetic dominant? Many reasons - too much stress, not enough relaxation, not enough physical activity, shallow breathing, negativity, the incorrect diet, too much caffeine, to much alcohol, it's a long list!

Walk for 30 mins at a time as much as is possible, do just ten mins of yoga stretches a day, do deep intestinal respiring during breaks in the day, learn relaxation methodologies
Cut way down or eliminate : soda pop, coffee, processed sugar, processed flour products, and all junk food. Instead have : veggies, fruits, lean meats, nuts, legumes, olive oil, and plenty of purified water
socialise with your best buddies frequently in reality talk about your condition with trusted chums, this may lift your burden and have physical effects. Laugh. Grin. Watch comedies. Go and cheer up people in need!
Get in a regular and deep sleep cycle - bedtime and wake up time will be the same every day no light, cool and quiet room.
