I have a friend, a lovely person. I have known her for a few years, and all these years she has been huge. I am not a skinny person myself, I am also one who wants to lose unwanted fat fast. One day my friend and I were having a discussion about the way to lose unwanted weights fast. I have tried a few things in my life to get the extra pounds off, all of which has left me bigger than before and my wallet flat. So we were thinking of finding a sure way to reduce unwanted weight fast, and keeping it off. All we could come up with was to gym like crazy, stop eating and drinking anything we enjoyed. To say the least about my friends reaction, there was no way that she was going to torture herself like that for months on end.
We started doing research on the subject to loose unwanted fat fast. What we did not expect was to find actual ways that work. Great ways that does not leave you feeling tortured at all.
We want to share with you ten tips guaranteed to lose unwanted fat fast.
1. Set a target for yourself. By setting a target or goal for yourself you know what you are working for, and what you are working towards. Remind yourself of your goal or target every day. Make sure it is a realistic target. Otherwise you will only get demotivated and negative towards your goal to loose unwanted fat fast. Then you have to keep to it, every time you feel like you are failing, just remind yourself again of your goal.
2. Avoid fast foods and snacks. This is the most unhealthy types of food, that contain the most fat your body intake and store. Rather make a small meal at home, or snack on some healthy fruits or vegetables.
3. Stay away from alcohol, drugs and even smoking. These tend to hold back the toxins and unhealthy unwanted fat in the body, so the body cannot process and get rid of it. Then if you are a smoker, do not try and quit smoking whilst you are trying to lose unwanted fat fast. I speak from experience when I say you will get demotivated with both and end up eating and smoking excessively in the end. Do one at a time and you'll get the best results.
4. Say yes to whole grains, and cereals. Avoid refined flour, by adding whole grains and cereals to you diet, you naturally help your body to reduce unwanted weight, but it is also beneficial in avoiding a number of ailments. Some of these ailments are hormone and digestive system cancers, hypertension, coronary heart disease and diabetes, to just name a few. Whole grains provide your body with very healthy substances such as essential fibers and vitamins, dietary fiber, antioxidants, proteins and a whole list more as well. In the long run, consuming whole grains you will also be less likely to gain weight, and you body fat will reduce.
5. Eat lots of fresh fruit and green vegetables. By adding these in your meals, with the fibers present in fruits and vegetables helps in the burning of fat and also detoxes your intestines. I did a detox recently, and for a whole week I only had whole grains, cereals and green leafy vegetables. The results at the end of the week was just amazing, I had energy like never before, I felt great and I've lost weight in the process as well. That was a few months ago, and I have not gained the weight I've lost during that time again at all.
6. Lots of water. Just as nature intended, we have to drink approximately six glasses of water daily. Not the water in the coffee or in some drink, just plain clean water. But be careful of drinking too much water, that is also not very healthy.
7. Avoid other drinks and canned food. The best to drink is water, and tea, preferably green tea. The caffeine in normal tea and coffee also tends to make the release of body fat difficult for the body. Also canned food and any drink is usually packed with sugars that causes unwanted fat to build up in the body.
8. Eat every three hours. By taking six or more small meals daily helps your digestive system work more efficiently and effectively. Your body gets used to small amounts of healthy food every few hours, thus the body transforms those into energy, instead of building it up for the time it will be "starving" in between big stretched out meals. Very important as well, when you feel like you are full, stop eating, leave the rest of the food for the next meal time.
9. Avoid any kind of sugar. When I was doing the one week intensive detox, I was advised against eating carrots and tomatoes. Why? Well, these are vegetables with probably the highest sugar content. I am not saying that you should not eat those, just don't go and eat just carrots or tomatoes for a whole week, you won't achieve anything. Also try and avoid anything that contains or is prepared with sugar. Your body tends to take unnatural sugar and stores it as fat, not transforming it into energy.
10. Exercise every day. Regular exercise is essential to lose unwanted weight fast. I once heard someone say that if you can walk excessively for an hour and thirty minutes every day, you can eat anything you want and stay healthy and thin. But I do not mean that you must do that, just do physical activity. You do not have to join a gym, or have expensive gym apparel at home at all. Physical activity burn calories, and improves your health. Take a walk, park the car further from the shops when you go shopping and walk the extra distance. Try and create extra movement with everything you do during the day. By just moving more you will feel better, be healthier and reduce unwanted weight.
By doing all these, you not only loose unwanted fat fast, you will feel and be healthier and happier. The feel good feeling will also make you want to try harder, to have more of the feel good feeling, do more and before you know it you will have reached your goal and you will look back and see you lost all that unwanted, unhealthy weight, permanently.
