1. Load up daily with fiber from black beans, lentils, and apples
Fiber is the NOT SO SECRET way to lose weight fast and easy without having to do stupid things with your diet. Forget all those fad diets, just eat more protein. It's mindlessly simple. I suggest that you get in at least 40 grams of fiber a day to induce faster weight loss.
2. Avoid liquids around meals
I want you to drink plenty of water, but not around meal times. The reason is simple. You have natural enzymes in your mouth that help break down the foods you eat. When drinking liquids with your meals and during your meals, these enzymes are SEVERELY weakened to the point that they really can't do their job in breaking down foods.
The end result is a slower, more inefficient digestive process that hampers your weight loss efforts. It's best to drink your liquids before and after your meals. Try 10 minutes before and after.
3. Eat a fruit or vegetable before and after your meal
Again, this has to do with enzymes. These raw fruits and vegetables contain enzymes that help you with digestion. By eating something like an apple before your meals and a carrot after, you are strengthening your digestive process so that it can work it's full ability in helping you to lose weight.
